Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, our logistics partner will collect the package; please ensure the product is securely packed in its original condition for the pickup agent.

  Processing

  Upon receiving the return at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets our hygiene and resale standards.

  Refund or Exchange

  After approval, your exchange item will be dispatched, or your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
